When she said shes getting the rope
...hoped for better outcome?
Just a quick update before this starts.
- Instead of the usual layout of best-to-worst, the layout will chronological just as the show has it.
- Italic text is pre-written before show begins while normal and bold are written as the show was going on.
- I WILL update on the missing PPVs/ PPVs I didn't review and whats happening.
No more hold-up, time for the review! This will be progressively updated as the show goes on instead of a full-post at the end.
WWE No Way Out
Pre-Show Match/Youtube Match
Brodus Clay v. David Oiltunga
An utterly random feud that couldd have been started up on the last SmackDown when The Funkasaurs won and was randomly attacked by Otunga because...because.
Can easily see it being some kind of promo of "Hes making a fool of himself and us" etc etc. See where it goes
Prediction
Brodus to CONTINUE THE 22-0 STREAK!
Brodus to CONTINUE THE 22-0 STREAK!
Match
A miserably slow match that ended on count-out when Otunga didn't climb back into the ring because...well because.

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Sheamus [C] v. Dolph Ziggler
Supposed to be Del Rio, changed to Ziggler getting a chance once again to steal gold and hold it longer than 1-5 minutes. It isn't that realistic considering he was a throw-in since Del Rio got the concussion, but Ziggler is a rising star that people want to get more over by holding some gold.
Prediction
Sheamus retains, Swag/Vickie interruption
Sheamus retains, Swag/Vickie interruption
Highlights
● Ziggler gets kiss on cheek from Vickie as match begins, Sheamus tries Brogue but Ziggler ducks. Awesome fake-out.
● Ziggler gets kiss on cheek from Vickie as match begins, Sheamus tries Brogue but Ziggler ducks. Awesome fake-out.
● Ziggler on Sheamus' shoulders, spins around into an awesome aerial DDT.
● Sheamus sits on ropes, Ziggler runs up and hits a Top Rop X-FACTOR.
Match
The crowd was HOT for Ziggler with a nice pop for him to begin the show. The entire match the crowd was HOT for all the right reasons. This match was just awesome with many counters, great build, lots of sleeperholds, and great psychology. You hope this isn't a "Its all downhill from here".

United States Championship Tuxedo Match
Santino Marella [C] v. Ricardo Rodriguez
This is a silly feud that people can actually get into, not like anything they try to do with ****ing Hornswoggle. A Tuxedo Match? Never seen before but it is RR's home turf so I expect good when Santino can't form a proper cobra...maybe not so good for a PPV but we shall see.
Prediction
Santino retains...depressingly.
Santino retains...depressingly.
Match
This was...good at first with working the crowd on who has the better tux (Santino won that, pfft), and tearing each others clothes off like a good or bad comedy movie with two guys fighting...then it went downhill with the crowd chanting boring, the tearing off clothes becoming too much and..just being boring. Ricardo loses while displaying his Del Rio undies for depression for the masses.

Intercontinental Championship Match
Cody Rhodes v. Christian [C]
If you don't know the "behind doors" controversy of the title change, long story short, Rhodes lost the title because of the wellness policy, but proved his innocence so Rhodes should have the title back, right? Well this is a feud now and Christian winning could have still been a good timing thing anyway. It isn't all politics that decides titles. Kind of...this should be a solid match but the result is 50/50 dead on.
Prediction
Rhodes to win back the title
Rhodes to win back the title
Match
The crowd isn't as hot after the Tux match but these two worked their asses off to make sure they were back in it. Many good spots (I should have done the highlights, might be an after-edit) with a finish that included a counter, a counter, another counter, more counters, some counters, and, YES, more counters which eventually turned into Christian winning via SPEAR. Of all moves. Just an awesome match.

Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match
Prime Time Players [D. Young/Titus] v.
Justin Gabriel/Tyson Kidd v.
The Usos v. Primo/Epico
This was a random match that I'm not even sure was on the official card for tonight, but it happened. I never cared for these types of matches because you can tag/be tagged in and out so hectically its bound to chaos that looks stupid...but they made this work. I would have put this under irrelevant, and for the first 5-8 minutes it was slow and boring but spots started getting hit and the match REALLY picked up to the point where the crowd was chanting HOLY SHIT. A tag team match doing that. Go figure!
Prime Time Players win, which Booker T called "A little fruit booty, a little sweet", which will get him hated by the internet and rightfully so.

DIVAS Championship Match
Beth Phoenix v. Layla [C]
This has no build at all. I mean, the one time they tried to build it up was during a squash match between Beth and somebody (I FORGOT) and Layla barely got time in to even promote the match. Why should we care? We shouldn't.
Prediction
Beth takes the title, nobody cares...
Beth takes the title, nobody cares...
Match
This match was...nobody cared and for some reason nobody was getting up for a piss break...it was weird. All the time during these DIVA matches we would see people going up the steps for food and bathroom break but none. So more people to not cheer. This match was boring, even if it had some...spots...in it, but there is no investment to it at all aside from it being a decent match at best.

Impromptu Match
Hunico v. Sin Cara
See that video that I put up? Yeah you pretty much saw the whole match.
No rating for filler.
WWE Championship Triple Threat Match
CM Punk [C] v. Kane v. Daniel Bryan
AJ Lee has made this match more interesting than it ever could have been with just the three feuding. Period. She has been absolute gold ever since the break-up with DB and now the mind-games has not only been played up amazing by the three contenders, but has raised so much questionablity for the match tonight. Everybody is in some way invested into this match.
Prediction
CM Punk retains, AJ's help or not.
CM Punk retains, AJ's help or not.
Highlights
● Right off the bat at the start, "YES!" chants while DB and Punk kick Kane over and over and over again. Duel kicking! YES!
● Punk goes up for MachoMan Elbow Drop, DB stops, DB gets cause on Kane's shoulders, Punk flies off top rope for Electric Chair/Doomsday Device. YES!
● AJ runs down to try and interrupt, gets hit by Kane by accident (whipped into ropes), Punk takes opportunity to hit the GTS and take the win. YES!

Match
For one, AJ didn't come out at the start leaving the three to just wrestle and it was brutal. This match had the best flow I've seen in a long ass time for a triple-threat match. All the transitions, the counters, and even a semi-botch (Punk had his ass exposed, opps), AJ running in and getting hit JUST in time. It all was beautiful with many spots I didn't highlight, I just put up SOME of the best ones. This is a must see match for this year that didn't disappoint.

Main Event
Steel Cage Match
John Cena v. Big Show
Oh this match...Personally I don't care about the match, I just care about the results. Show/Cena has happened before and the matches were OK with the obvious spot of Cena doing an FU/AA to Show. This whole match is purely for the results that decides who will be fired, John L or John Cena.
Prediction
Big Show KO Cena and walk-out
Highlights
Well...there wasn't really any except Vince/John L mini-tussle.

Match
Wellllllllll, its the slow maaaaatttccchhhh.
Wellllllllll, its the slow maaaaatttccchhhh.
This was slow, and painful and slow and more painful and...and fucking slow and miserable and just finish the match already then shenanigans with the door (of course), random wrestlers "who were terrorized by Big Show" came down to make sure Show didn't win. You know...because Cena can't superman this one. Except he does when he hits the AA on Show.
It was all just...stupid and the result was the only thing that mattered.
The result? Cena wins climbing the cage and Vine says his favorite line in all of WWE history.

No Way Out Verdict
THREE 4 star matches happened tonight all in the same PPV. ALL worth the watch and would have left me happy if I bought the PPV. Even one of the impromptu matches, the tag-team 4-way was amazing and it had no investment in it.
The achilles heel, as usual, was the Cena match.
Build up and investment, pay-off not exactly worth it. Its just how his matches go...
Otherwise, the only other complaint I have would maybe be too much filler.
DIVAS, Santino/RR, Ryback, AND Hunico/Sin cara were all filler. Nasty.
